This is an example of a busbar used in electric vehicles (EVs) to connect the battery to the inverter. The product measures 210 × 150 × 40 mm and is made of copper and PBT resin. This busbar features a double-layer structure. To prevent warpage and deformation of the molded resin components, we optimized the gate positions and number of gates based on mold flow analysis and made necessary modifications to the product geometry. We also actively propose solutions to prevent molding defects, such as warpage and deformation, by carefully considering molding conditions.
