If a User requests the suspension of use or erasure of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use, etc.”) on the grounds that any of the following circumstances apply, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation. Based on the results of such investigation, the Company will, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, suspend the use of or erase the relevant Personal Information and notify the User accordingly without undue delay.
