This is an example of a motor case manufactured for shutters. The product measures 50 × 700 × 10 mm. One of the key features of this manufacturing process is that, instead of integrating the two nuts located at both ends of the motor case through insert molding, we first manufacture the motor case by injection molding and then press-fit the nuts into place. By adopting this method, we successfully reduced the number of manufacturing steps.
