This is an example of a power module case manufactured by our company. The terminals are produced by metal stamping and feature tie bars that allow multiple terminals to be positioned together during the molding process. However, if the product were molded in a single process, the tie bars, which are no longer needed in the final product, would become embedded in the resin, making them impossible to cut. To address this issue, we manufacture the product using a two-stage molding process. Primary Molding: The terminals are held together with resin. Secondary Molding: The final product is formed through a second molding process.
