Since the nut holes in the resin component are blind holes, the nuts cannot be secured inside the mold. Therefore, insert molding is not feasible, and the nuts are press-fitted after the molding process. The busbars require precision metal stamping of thin-sheet female terminal sections. Therefore, these components are purchased from external suppliers, and only the assembly process is performed in-house.
