This is an example of a busbar with a cover manufactured by our company. The product measures 70 × 185 × 50 mm and features three busbars and collars (for screw fastening) integrated through insert molding. By integrating the three busbars, cover, and rings into a single component through insert molding, we ensure precise positioning of the busbars. Compared to assembling the cover and busbars separately, this method reduces the number of assembly steps and improves production efficiency.
