This is an example of an automotive connector holder manufactured by our company. The product features a thin-wall design with an overall thickness of 1.5–2.0 mm, achieving both weight reduction and space savings. In particular, the thin metal ring, which requires high dimensional accuracy, is integrated through insert molding to prevent the ring from lifting or shifting out of position. This process ensures precise positioning of the metal ring and reliable electrical contact while simplifying the assembly process and reducing defect rates.
