This is an example of a nut case manufactured for electric vehicles (EVs). The overall product measures 158 × 94 × 23 mm and is made of SPCC steel and PPS resin. The product features a structure in which a nut is positioned beneath the fastening terminal. If the entire product were molded in a single process, resin could enter the nut's threaded hole. To prevent this, we first mold a nut case to cover the nut. After inserting the nut into the case, we perform a second molding process to complete the product.
